Core client conversation processing and storage stay in Europe. Conversations are not used to train AI models. And Private Mode can make them inaccessible to both the coach and Magif support tooling.

When a coach deploys an agent, the people who talk to it are the coach's clients. In Private Mode, their conversation content is not available in creator dashboards or Magif support tooling.

What does private mode guarantee?

Your data

Where is data stored and processed?

European Union

Customer conversations, agent inference, knowledge bases and the primary database run on infrastructure located in the European Union.

Where data lives

How long is it kept?

90 days anonymous / 365 days signed-in

An automated retention process removes inactive conversation data: conversations of anonymous end users are deleted after 90 days of inactivity, and conversations of signed-in end users after 365 days of inactivity.

Retention schedule

Can clients delete their data?

Yes

Deleting a conversation removes the conversation record including its messages and the background jobs derived from it. Removing a participant's account data, or clearing a participant from an agent, additionally removes the agent's memory of that participant.
