   Magif stores conversations in Frankfurt and runs agent inference in Paris.

   Who can read what leaders say?

   When fully private conversations are enabled, neither your coaches nor Magif can read the conversation content through the platform.

   How long is conversation data kept?

   Inactive conversations are deleted after 90 days for anonymous end users and 365 days for signed-in end users. People can also request deletion.

   Is your material used to train anyone else’s AI?

   No. Your knowledge is never used to train anyone else’s AI.

   What can your programme team see?

   Admins get one view of usage across the programme. With fully private conversations on, dashboards show counts only, never what was said.
